If you're looking for a true taste of Mexico in the vibrant heart of Las Vegas, look no further than Javier's, nestled inside the luxurious ARIA Resort & Casino. This upscale Mexican restaurant promises not only authentic flavors but also a unique ambiance that offers an unforgettable dining experience.
One of the standout features of Javier's is its commitment to preserving tradition. As highlighted by enthusiastic diners like Jenn Pfankuch, the restaurant takes pride in upholding original recipes, even advising against modifications to their beloved dishes. This reverence for authenticity is echoed in their thoughtfully crafted menu, presented in both Spanish and English, inviting you to explore a world of rich flavors.
The dining area is equally captivating. The large wooden art wall at the back of the restaurant is a conversation starter, intricately detailed and steeped in intriguing stories. A friendly and knowledgeable staff member is quick to share the backstory when asked, enhancing your dining experience with a touch of artistry.
A must-try, as recommended by Miguel Sanchez, is the Tablita Plate—a bountiful selection of grilled delights including tender carne asada, juicy chicken, and flavorful chorizo, all paired with fresh salsas and warm tortillas. Each bite is a harmonious blend of spices and textures, a true explosion of flavor that will transport you straight to Mexico with every morsel.
The atmosphere is alive with energy, making it an ideal spot for a celebration or a casual night out. Judging from the reviews, the service at Javier's shines just as brightly as their cuisine. From welcoming ambiance to attentive wait staff, diners like Courtney Gay have praised the friendliness and professionalism that enhances the overall experience. Your glass will never be empty, and your palate will always be tantalized!
For dessert, don’t miss the guava cheesecake or the decadent flan, which are highly recommended by patrons like Tamara Monzon. Pair them with unforgettable chips and salsa that many deem "fire," and you'll end your meal on a high note.
In summary, Javier's is more than just a meal; it’s an experience. The combination of exceptional cuisine, stunning decor, and a welcoming atmosphere makes it a must-visit for food enthusiasts and casual diners alike. Whether you're in Las Vegas for a conference or a get-together with friends, Javier's promises to be a highlight of your culinary adventures.
“ An authentic Mexican restaurant inside the Aria! I love there is an entire section where they will respectdully decline all modifications to preserve the original recipes! Their menu is in both Spanish and English. The most interesting part of this place is the large wooden art wall in the back. Very intricate details, some of them appearing horrifying. There is actually a very interesting story behind it all. When our waiter came back to ask about food, we told him we were admiring the wall. He ended up bringing a paper that described the wall. If you come here, ask the servers about the wall. The story will susprise you. ”
“ Located inside the Aria, Javier was a place my friend recommended going to (we were in Vegas for a conference and he had come here also everyday for lunch and convinced me to join him). The restaurant was lovely. And the service was absolutely wonderful. I would give it a 6/5 if I could. Food-wise, we were 3 “special” customers who had the gene that makes cilatro taste like soap, so all of our food orders came with special requests (and also why the guac you see in my photo looks so plain). They were very accomodate and the food was just so fresh and flavorful. Overall this was a great experience. Loved it. ”

“ I had been to Vegas before and tried multiple restaurants, but this was #1 on my list. I was in town for a conference, and my coworker and one of our vendors decided to go here (woohoo). I knew what I wanted to order for months leading up to this trip, and I was not disappointed. First off, our waitress was amazing. Madison was so sweet and helpful the whole night, helping the guys at the table pick what they wanted to order. We ladies always know what we want! For appetizers, Madison and I helped the table with various options like the Sabor A Provincia, an assortment of different items. The empanadas and the taquitos were phenomenal! We also ordered the queso fundido with a fabulous cheese pull. And last appetizer was a ceviche which I didn’t since I’m not a fan in general. For entrees, I had been dying for an enchilada, specifically the trio one that had a shrimp, crab, and lobster enchilada. Each one was tasty, and the sauces on each were fantastic. I also ordered a side of rice and beans cause why not? I can’t remember what everyone else ordered since I was focused on my enchiladas. I know someone got short ribs, someone else got steak, but the rest, who knows. All were highly favored by each taster. It was a fun night, and Madison helped improve it by being awesome and down to earth. We were cracking up all night Also, congrats to her, as she was pregnant and glowing!! I definitely will be back here again and will have to try something else. Everything sounded so good! ”
“ If you haven't tried Javier's it's a MUST! If you thinks it's too pricey for you, don't worry it will be worth it. The food is delicious. I had the chicken mole enchiladas, chilie relleno, carnitas taco, guava cheesecake and a flan. Plus the chips and salsa are fire!!! Now stop reading and go Eat ”
“ This is some of the best Mexican food I’ve had in a long time! The homemade salsa is absolutely amazing—I’d buy it by the bucket if I could. I tried the Black Mamba cocktail, and it was delicious. For our entrees, we ordered the enchiladas and the braised short ribs, and both were packed with incredible flavor—a solid 10/10. The service was outstanding as well. Our waiter was attentive and always there when we needed something. When my girlfriend accidentally spilled salsa on her white shirt, he promptly brought over a cloth and club soda to help clean it up. Our water glasses were constantly refilled, and the chips and salsa were topped off regularly, which was a nice touch. I’ll definitely be coming back and highly recommend this place to anyone. The only downside was the wait time for our entrees, but the chips and salsa kept us satisfied until the food arrived. ”
“ Had fun here watching the Lakers and eating chips and salsa and guacamole. Fun music and my favorite girlfriend with me. Hoppin' at 10 pm on a Wednesday. That's Vegas for ya. Salsa is hot! Whoop. ”
“ We were lucky enough to visit Javier's during our Savors of the Strip food tour, and it was AMAZING! We had the private room, and it was like we were on the set of Game of Thrones. Gorgeous table, beautifully set. We had a preselected menu, and the food was delicious. It was our favorite stop on the food tour. ”
